Who handles enquiries from buyers?
This depends on your package.
● In Essential, enquiries are sent directly to you.
● In Plus and Premium, we manage and qualify enquiries before progressing serious
interest.
All enquiries are transparent and visible to you.
Do you handle viewings and negotiations?
Viewings and negotiations are included in the relevant packages.
For sellers who prefer to manage viewings themselves, Essential provides the flexibility to do
so. For a more hands-off approach, Plus and Premium include professional support.
What happens if my property doesn’t sell?
There is no commission payable if your property does not sell.
Our focus is on correct pricing, strong presentation, and targeted exposure from day one the
factors that most influence a successful sale.
Is a lower fee reflected in a lower level of service?
No.
The fixed fee reflects a more efficient model not reduced responsibility.
The cost of marketing a property does not increase with its value, which is why
